I admit that Mary Grace’s Ensaymadas is considered as my all time favorite comfort food.  If I experience hunger pangs in the middle of the night, instead of chowing down on a rice meal, one Ensaymada will make me happy

Not only has Mary Grace succeeded with her freshly baked goodies but my experience with her staff is consistent.  I always feel I am buying from our neighborhood store.  The staff is very courteous and will help when you can’t decide how many to buy.

What I love most is her genuine concern for her customers.   Though I haven’t met her personally, she makes me feel I am her favorite customer — even like a daughter at times.

In her stores, you will notice a sign that states “Hearing from you would be my utmost pleasure! You may directly text me at (her mobile number).” This shows she is open to feedback and there is that perception of her being hands on.   This is contrary to the reality of business owners letting their employees do the dirty work and just reap the profits, without any interaction with their customers.  It is a great thing!  Lastly, the use of her first name in her sign makes it more inviting for people to give their feedback.

So, (tita) Mary Grace, I commend you for knowing the value of customer service and being a great role model to other entrepreneurs.   One thing for sure, you will always see me in your stores, buying a box of my favorite ensaymada! Yum!
