Just a quick note to my readers.

I am currently updating the blog and getting things in order (I’m sure you’re seeing a lot of missing images).  The theme I chose is not working out too well for me.  I’m hoping that I get some feedback from the theme developers soon, so I can continue to post more customer service stories for all of you to read.
