I just created a Facebook Fan Page for this blog with the intention of getting more people involved in our advocacy to elevate the standards of customer service within our country.   It’s also a good medium to use for discussions and content sharing from customers and businesses alike.

If you have something to say, whether it be from personal experience or a story you’ve heard from a friend, family member or colleague, then this is the perfect place to start sharing with fellow customers.  I encourage you to submit videos or photos of any establishment that tells your story within the page.
