We all know Mushroom Burger from our trips to Tagaytay. The quaint shop along Km. 60 main road is a major stop over for those who fancy a different type of burger.
Good news to city folks! They have a branch over at West Avenue in Quezon City. I was thrilled that it was close to home.
One late night (before closing time), we decided to drop by and get a burger and some lomi. They close at 11PM so we got there around 10PM.
We were greeted by a crew member with a smile. She answered all our questions and was patient to orient them with the other burgers and the meal combinations.
The food arrived just in time and good to know that the wait wasn’t very long.
One thing I’d like to point out is they have an order system in place. I’ve seen it being used in McDonald’s and it makes sense because their customer traffic is pretty heavy, but seeing it in a place like Mushroom Burger was a pleasant surprise. Kudos to management for putting that into place. This shows they care about service and it helps the turnover of their customers. The faster the food is served (or delivered), the seats will be available for the next group. Good for business.
Lastly, their “open” sign was very prominent outside. Not a lot of people pay attention to it and think that a simple sign on their door is suffice but I give them extra points for that. For those who happen to pass by, they are informed whether the store is open for business or not. Don’t you just hate it when you parked, say across the street, then find out that they’re closed?
If you fancy a mushroom burger or lomi and are near the area, do drop by and you won’t regret it. Not only do they serve good comfort food, their service is satisfactory. If you feel like eating at the comfort of your home, delivery is free!
