Customer service is about the customer’s voice.  Time and time again, most companies dictate what the standards are and the customers are left to compromise and things don’t change for the better.  Only a few have the genuine concern to give back and remember that the customers are what makes any business flourish (or even stay in business).

It has been said that a group is more powerful than one person.  I created this blog so that I can share my story and reach out to the companies to remember the basics of customer service.  As I share my stories, it only speaks of one perspective.  I believe there are more Filipinos who is clamoring for change because of their experiences.  We only want to be treated fair and square.  Is that too much to ask?

I am now reaching out to everyone to use your customer voice.  Share your story, both good and bad, for us to improve the standards of customer service in our country.  The advantages of this change are too many to ignore.

Your stories can be sent through email (yourstory @ philippinecustomerservice dot com) or you can use my contact form and choose “Share your experience” in the drop down list.  By default I will give you credit and publish your name to link back to a website of your choosing.  Let me know if you prefer otherwise.
