Chen - wish their branches were more consistent. *sigh* It's sad. Though there was no AC in the waiting area, the temperature was tolerable. Probably because we're experiencing the cool breeze of the season. Don't want to know what summer is going to be like. Yikes!

You were lucky to be in what seems to be the nicest LTO branch (QC main). Plus, maybe it is well-ventilated with air conditioning so you didn't sweat unnecessarily. Other branches are unlike that. A friend took his license from LTO Roligon Center 505 Quirino Avenue Parañaque City. The only areas with AC are those of employees inside. Good thing he brought some bottled water or he could have dehydrated. He noted that the place was not only very humid but also very crowded. The roof directly above is probably just made out of corrugated iron hence the oven like temperature from morning to afternoon. It wasn't a surpise anymore to see his license photo showing a haggard look.
