Plus, maybe it is well-ventilated with air conditioning so you didn't sweat unnecessarily. Other branches are unlike that. A friend took his license from LTO Roligon Center 505 Quirino Avenue Parañaque City. The only areas with AC are those of employees inside. Good thing he brought some bottled water or he could have dehydrated. He noted that the place was not only very humid but also very crowded. The roof directly above is probably just made out of corrugated iron hence the oven like temperature from morning to afternoon.
