		<description>I&#039;m using both Globe Tattoo and Smart Bro. Tried Sun too. I have both positive and negative experience with these brands. As a user of mobile service, one must be aware that coverage is not guaranteed and that is why having a back-up is necessary if Internet connection is critical to one&#039;s business.

I also got the chance to use PLDT WeRoam and my back up then was Globe Visibility and connecting directly through the mobile phone. Both had its up and downs.

As for customer service, haven&#039;t reached the point where I had to call (except for PLDT DSL).</description>
