Blog Purpose


We believe that everyone has the right to experience excellent customer service.  Whether it be as simple as buying a cup of coffee or browsing through a department store, it is expected that they leave the establishment feeling satisfied.

This blog was created with the intention of elevating the standards of customer service within the Philippines.

In order to achieve this bold task, personal experiences are to be posted from each establishment in order to start an interactive discussion about them from this blog’s readers.  Comments and recommendations are highly encouraged.

As this may look like a blog for consumers, it is also intended for businesses and professionals, with the goal of providing them more information for continuous improvement of their products and services.
