A Personal 2010 Wish for Philippine Customer Service
As we all prepare to welcome the new year, here is a list of what I think may happen and some personal wishes for businesses and consumers alike within the Philippines.
Don’t Ever Upset a Bride on Her Wedding Day
One type of customer that a business can’t afford to upset is a bride. Her wedding day should always be perfect. Let me say that again. It should be PERFECT. Jack and Jenn Catering apparently doesn’t know this fact, or at least failed to remember last December 26.
Your Customer Voice: Share a Story
Customer service is about the customer’s voice. Time and time again, most companies dictate what the standards are and the customers are left to compromise and things don’t change for the better.
